About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Administrative Assistant to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will provide essential logistical and operational support to our delivery unit, ensuring that our business processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our operational teams to resolve complex issues and maintain the high standards that define our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office logistics, including travel arrangements for business trips, visa applications, and the coordination of company events, workshops, and conferences.
- Oversee procurement processes for equipment and services, maintain accurate asset records, and manage office inventory to ensure full compliance with internal policies.
- Provide administrative support to our Human Resources team, which includes assisting with recruitment workflows, maintaining occupational health and safety documentation, and managing employee records.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field such as economics, finance, accounting, law, social sciences, or public administration.
- At least two years of professional experience in administration, procurement, finance, or a related area, ideally within the information technology sector.
- Fluency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
- Strong core competencies, including professional integrity, creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Location
This position is based in Moldova.
