We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. You will be the first point of contact for our office, helping to foster a professional environment while providing essential support to both our field staff and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and overseeing the distribution of mail and courier packages.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities for new hires, including scheduling testing and training while serving as a primary resource for their questions.
- Support daily office operations by maintaining supplies, organizing communal areas, processing invoices, and preparing documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree is required for this position.
- You should have a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification.
- We are looking for someone with up to two years of proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of organizational detail.
- A background or interest in Human Resources tasks is highly valued.
