We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. Our company relies on efficient operations to support our ongoing growth projects, and this role is vital to ensuring our daily business functions run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for our office, helping to foster a professional environment while providing essential support to both our field staff and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and overseeing the distribution of mail and courier packages.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities for new hires, including scheduling testing and training while serving as a primary resource for their questions.
- Support daily office operations by maintaining supplies, organizing communal areas, processing invoices, and preparing documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- An Associate's degree is required for this position.
- You should have a High School Diploma or an equivalent certification.
- We are looking for someone with up to two years of proven administrative or assistant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of organizational detail.
- A background or interest in Human Resources tasks is highly valued.
