We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Israel and help us continue our mission of providing visibility across every network.

What you bring

As a mid-level Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Engineering leadership and operations in Israel. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Netanya office, where you will be expected to work on-site at least three days per week. You will utilize tools like Microsoft Suite, Slack, Teams, Webex, and Concur to keep our R&D department running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks for our Engineering leaders.
• Coordinating engaging team-building activities and company events to foster a strong culture.
• Collaborating with HR and operations teams to manage office supplies, expense reporting, and the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive individual with at least two years of administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced technology company. You should be comfortable navigating change and possess a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high operational standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for working with our global teams across different time zones. While a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, we value potential and diverse perspectives above all else.
