About the Opportunity
Contentful is looking for an Admin Assistant(f/m/d) to provide organizational and administrative support for our Product Development department and its Executive team.
This Admin Assistant (f/m/d) will be a key partner to the Product Development organization and its leaders helping to enable continued success. This individual will help coordinate interactions internally with team members at all levels of the organization, very often managing sensitive and confidential information.
What to expect?
- Work with the leaders and Prod Dev Executive Assistant to create agendas and content for key meetings, while also supporting critical action items and next steps.
- Support calendars across internal meetings and external engagements.
- Anticipate the needs of the Product Development executive team - helping to drive focus and accountability.
- Help to organize and plan internal and external meetings such as staff meetings, team building events, Product Development All-Hands, leadership offsites, and travel, etc.
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel, and corresponding expense reporting requirements.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the EA team, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Take ownership of key initiatives, helping the Product Development Executive team reach their highest potential.
What you need to be successful?
- Three years of experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred, especially within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Bias to action and comfortable with ambiguity
- Attention to detail and communication skills
- Strong collaboration and superb listening skills
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
