The role
We are looking for a mid-level Administrative Assistant Project Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Based at our corporate office in Doral, Florida, this position is vital to the day-to-day management of our clinical platforms. You will work closely with clinical directors, operations teams, and program directors to ensure our Model of Care is effectively operationalized through our technology. Please note that this role will require occasional travel to clinics within the Miami area.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate with clinical services to configure program requirements, including care plans and assessments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our clinical platforms and conduct technical training sessions for our staff.
- Collaborate with clinical assurance teams to build and maintain standardized workflows and ensure data collection plans meet our reporting needs.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- An Associate’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with project management is preferred, and a relevant certification is a plus.
- The ability to work independently, adapt to change, and maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
