We are currently seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant based in London to support our VP of Product Management, our VP of Product Engineering, and the Senior Director of Special Projects.
Key outcomes
- Provide high-level administrative support with strict attention to detail and discretion.
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, prioritizing requests and ensuring leaders are fully prepared for all engagements.
- Coordinate and execute meeting logistics, including room setups, catering, audio-visual requirements, and material distribution.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as documenting internal meetings and formalizing action plans.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements, balancing efficiency with cost, and manage expense reporting through Navan.
- Support executive preparation for customer engagements, conferences, and roadshows.
- Collaborate effectively with the broader administrative team to foster a supportive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant within a high-growth environment, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A high level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and follow through on complex projects.
- A positive, resourceful, and personable attitude toward all tasks, regardless of scale.
- Must be based in the London, United Kingdom area.
