We are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Head of Investments and Procurement, helping us manage the onboarding of new properties and investment opportunities. Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative assistance to the Head of Investments and Procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage the onboarding workflow for new properties by maintaining accurate records in our CRM systems and internal spreadsheets.
- Coordinate schedules for meetings, property viewings, and investor calls while preparing necessary agendas and follow-up documentation.
Requirements
We are seeking a junior-level professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this position, you should possess the following:
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel for data tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail when handling sensitive property and investor information.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
