We are Beghou Consulting, a firm that has spent over three decades serving as a trusted advisor to the life sciences industry. By merging strategic consulting with our own proprietary technology, we help our clients improve their commercial operations and sales performance through advanced analytics. We are looking for a senior Admin and HR Executive to join our growing team in India, where you will play a vital role in shaping our internal operations and supporting our collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and manage the full onboarding process, including background checks and induction sessions.
  • Maintain precise employee records and prepare necessary documentation for HR audits.
  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and ensure consistent adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Support employee relations by resolving queries, fostering a positive culture, and organizing engagement initiatives.
  • Manage exit formalities and documentation.
  • Coordinate office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and maintaining a professional workspace.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Handle document management, courier coordination, and guest relations.
  • Assist the finance team with billing processes to ensure accuracy and alignment with project scopes.

Must-haves

  • Four to five years of professional experience in a similar HR or administrative capacity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency with HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
