Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Admin Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indonesia. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, eager to grow, and ready to provide essential support to our founders and wider team in a fast-paced environment.
Your impact
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination for our founders.
- Manage and optimize our internal software stack, including tools like Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, and Coda.
- Develop efficient documentation and processes to ensure our business practices remain exceptional and cost-effective.
What you'll need
- Strong administrative management skills and a proven track record of handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in online platforms such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, Asana, and Coda.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa.
- Experience or a strong aptitude for event and travel planning.
