Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Admin and Facilities Partner to join our team in India. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our corporate office runs efficiently. You will be the go-to person for maintaining a high-quality workplace environment, overseeing everything from facility upkeep to our cafeteria operations.
Your impact
- Cafeteria and Food Service Oversight: You will manage daily food service operations, ensuring high quality and hygiene while coordinating menu planning and equipment maintenance to keep our employees well-fed and satisfied.
- Facilities and Vendor Management: You will take charge of daily office maintenance, execute preventive maintenance schedules, and manage relationships with external vendors to ensure all service level agreements and performance targets are met.
- Safety and Employee Experience: You will act as a champion for workplace safety and hygiene standards while serving as a primary point of contact for employee feedback to continuously improve our office environment.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience specifically in facilities operations, cafeteria management, or vendor coordination.
- Deep knowledge of housekeeping standards, preventive maintenance, food safety protocols, and general workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English to ensure clear coordination across our global team.
