Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level Adaptive Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute from anywhere. You will play a vital role in maintaining our financial planning environment and ensuring our data flows seamlessly across our core business systems.
Your impact
- Design and manage modeled sheets, using driver-based calculations to support our budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Oversee data integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and our Workday HCM and Finance platforms to ensure total accuracy.
- Develop and maintain OfficeConnect reporting templates while providing technical guidance and training to our internal users.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning in either an implementation or administrative capacity.
- A deep understanding of FP&A concepts, including complex calculation logic, COA mapping, and driver-based planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and OfficeConnect, with the ability to manage data validation workflows effectively.
- Strong technical familiarity with Workday HCM and Finance integrations.
- Excellent communication skills to partner with stakeholders and provide support across the organization.
- Fluency in English.
