We are looking for an Active Sourcing Intern to join our team in a hybrid capacity. At applike group, we focus on building engaging mobile experiences and market-changing technologies. As part of the Bertelsmann media network, we have successfully founded five independent ventures, including companies like adjoe, justDice, and justtrack, which specialize in mobile advertising, gaming loyalty, and user acquisition automation. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to identify and engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other tech-focused channels.
- Draft personalized outreach messages to ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience with our brand.
- Assist in the management of our Applicant Tracking System to keep candidate data accurate and up to date throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should be a student currently residing in Germany who is able to work from our Hamburg office. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience with active sourcing techniques and a familiarity with attracting passive talent.
- A solid understanding of IT industry terminology and common technical tools.
- Strong proficiency in the Google Suite and a structured, ownership-oriented approach to your work.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, can-do attitude when faced with new challenges.
