What is this role?

We are hiring a Senior Active Directory Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom. You will be a key member of our infrastructure team, focusing on the design, operation, and maintenance of our enterprise-scale identity platforms. This role involves working on both on-premise and cloud-based identity solutions to ensure our global infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

What will you do?

• Manage and operate all aspects of our core infrastructure components related to Identity and Access Management.
• Deliver advanced tiered administration solutions and other global identity projects to support our international banking operations.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell to improve operational efficiency and streamline our daily workflows.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be a subject-matter expert in Active Directory and related technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. We are looking for someone who understands Windows Server environments inside and out, particularly regarding organizational unit structures and delegation models. You should also possess the following qualities:

• Strong technical skills in automation and scripting.
• Experience with enterprise-scale design, specifically regarding tiered administrative or enterprise access models.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present to management.
