The opportunity
We are looking for a data-fluent and creative Acquisition Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid media strategy. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our reach and helping millions more people improve their health. You will have end-to-end control over our paid media activity, starting with a focus on Paid Social and Paid Search, with the opportunity to expand into new channels as you grow. You will be joining a team that has previously built performance advertising businesses to over 10 billion dollars in revenue, providing you with a world-class environment to hone your skills and drive meaningful growth.
A day in the life
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that leverages data and insights to drive sustainable growth and support our mission.
- Collaborate with our internal creative team, brand experts, and external creators to build a robust creative feedback loop that optimizes performance and tells our story.
- Partner with our Data Science and Analytics team to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators, ensuring that every optimization decision is backed by solid data.
Who you are
You are a left and right-brained thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and creative storytelling. You have a strong analytical toolkit and are comfortable digging into platform data to understand customer acquisition costs and lifetime value. You bring 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a high-growth DTC subscription environment. Your background includes:
- Proficiency in Paid Social, Paid Search, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Braze and managing lifecycle or CRM programs, including email, SMS, and app campaigns.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, with a focus on ROI-positive growth and a passion for testing new channels.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience working with US-based consumers and a desire to work on a brand that is truly making a difference.
