The role

We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, perfect for a growth-minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns to scale our customer acquisition efforts across various channels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize media spend, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitable growth for the brand.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to our audience across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and search engines.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in digital marketing and a deep passion for the ecommerce space. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of direct experience working within a DTC ecommerce environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on major paid media platforms, specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• A comprehensive understanding of video and social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• A proven track record of using data to inform media buying decisions and marketing strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across different functional teams.
• A hands-on, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
