About the Role
We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role serves as a vital link between our acquisition, media, and creative operations departments. You will support our free-to-play initiatives and overall marketing operations, making this an ideal position for someone who is passionate about sports, digital advertising technology, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with channel managers and the creative operations team to submit and manage creative briefs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including legal and commercial departments, to integrate offer criteria into our broader media strategy.
- Conduct ongoing marketplace research, manage ad-hoc data tasks, and support the reconciliation of partner spend and invoicing.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong foundation in marketing and a desire to excel in a performance-driven environment. Key qualifications include:
- At least one year of relevant marketing experience, ideally within a performance marketing role at an agency or on the operator side.
- A bachelor's degree with a solid academic record.
- Proficiency in performance marketing metrics such as CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC, and LTV.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Excepted proficiency in Excel and a high level of organizational skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with internal and external partners.
- A genuine interest in the sports and gaming industry is highly preferred.
Location
This position is available anywhere and operates on a hybrid work schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
