Our organization partners with over 70,000 gyms, fitness studios, spas, and salons across the globe. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the United Kingdom as an Acquisition Marketing Associate. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work alongside mission-led professionals to help us continue our growth as an industry leader.
Key outcomes
- Support the execution of paid search marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads, and Reddit.
- Assist the management team with campaign optimizations, including the oversight of budgets and bidding strategies.
- Develop and launch paid search campaigns by conducting keyword research, writing compelling ad copy, creating landing pages, and utilizing the Google Ads desktop editor.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance regularly to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Execute a roadmap of creative and channel tests, document key learnings, and propose future testing initiatives.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- One to two years of hands-on experience in search engine marketing, including platforms like Google, YouTube, and Apple Search Ads.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition goals.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads Desktop Editor to manage and optimize campaigns.
- Strong technical knowledge of keyword research tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with agency experience considered a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box.
- Fluency in English.
