The role
We are looking for a Junior Acquisition Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United Kingdom. You will play a vital role in our acquisition efforts by managing paid social campaigns, focusing on data-driven growth and performance optimization to expand our user base.
Core responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test high-performing assets that align with our acquisition goals and target audiences.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for performance-based growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
- A solid grasp of paid media ecosystems, including platform-specific optimization techniques and user funnels.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a proven track record of making decisions based on data.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An adaptable, creative mindset, with bonus points for previous agency experience.
