About the Role
We are hiring an Acquisition Engineering Team Lead on a Full Time basis. In this senior remote position you will combine hands-on frontend engineering with people-management responsibilities, leading the systems, tooling, and architecture that drive our marketing funnels, landing pages, and regional web experiences worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and coach engineers on the acquisition team, setting priorities, reviewing performance, and helping the group grow over time.
- Own the technical direction of acquisition surfaces-marketing sites, landing pages, and customer funnels-while collaborating with Marketing, Design, Compliance, and Legal to improve conversion and reduce friction.
- Design and evolve a headless CMS architecture, content models, and publishing workflows that support global and region-specific offerings while meeting regulatory requirements.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- At least five years building production frontend applications with TypeScript and React, plus direct experience managing engineers or leading teams with clear people-management duties.
- Proven ownership of web acquisition surfaces such as marketing sites, landing pages, or onboarding journeys, along with hands-on work in analytics, funnel measurement, and acquisition observability.
- Strong experience with headless CMS platforms, multi-region or localized web experiences, REST API integration, frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, SEO, and close collaboration with design teams on shared design systems.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, a track record of leading complex initiatives across Engineering, Design, and Marketing, and the ability to make pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions around CMS and web tooling.
Experience in fintech or other regulated industries, familiarity with Next.js, geo-gating, feature flags, and globally distributed teams are all advantageous.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to competitive pay, we offer stock options, medical insurance, a one-time USD $500 home-office setup allowance for new hires, and a USD $150 monthly remote-work stipend delivered via a Brex Card.
