We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in a hybrid capacity.

Key outcomes

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements with precision.
• Verify the accuracy of documentation, confirm appropriate approvals, and ensure proper coding.
• Maintain comprehensive accounts payable records, including managing vendor setups and collecting W-9 forms.
• Execute weekly payment cycles using wire transfers, ACH, and checks.
• Reconcile vendor statements and proactively address any payment discrepancies.
• Contribute to month-end close processes, such as account reconciliations and accruals.
• Provide necessary documentation and support during annual audits.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, ideally within the financial services or trading sectors.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounts payable principles.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft GP.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication abilities to support cross-functional collaboration.
• The ability to handle confidential information with complete integrity and discretion.

Preferred qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000. Your final offer will be determined by your specific experience, skills, and geographic location. We provide a robust benefits package, which includes:
