What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level Accounts Payable Specialist to join us in a full-time, on-site contract role based in Canada until June 2025. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health by managing vendor relationships and ensuring accurate transaction processing. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including the accurate processing of invoices for vendors and media partners.
- Overseeing employee expense reports and corporate credit card reconciliations to ensure internal compliance.
- Supporting our finance team during monthly close procedures and participating in special projects, such as the implementation of new automation systems.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least three years of experience in accounts payable or a closely related financial field. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working within ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Concur is considered a significant asset. You should be a detail-oriented communicator who is fluent in English and capable of working effectively with both internal teams and external service providers.
