Key outcomes

• Maintain precise financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Oversee the full cycle of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Contribute to the creation of comprehensive financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze financial data to uncover trends and identify potential areas for cost savings.
• Ensure all financial activities adhere to GAAP standards and internal company policies.
• Manage the daily flow of accounts payable and receivable.
• Provide support for ongoing budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered on schedule.
• Oversee fixed asset records and manage depreciation schedules.
• Assist with payroll processing and necessary tax filings.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in an accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.
• A deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• The capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• A commitment to maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English.
