The role
We are looking for a Senior Account Supervisor to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a leadership position for someone who excels at managing the day-to-day strategic direction of client accounts while ensuring our creative output consistently meets high standards. You will act as a primary advisor to our clients, helping them solve challenges and identify new opportunities for growth.
Core responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clients to stay updated on their business needs, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively identify new opportunities.
- Partner closely with our internal teams, including creative, media, and project management, to ensure they have the resources and insights necessary to deliver exceptional work.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of a project, from the initial strategic brief and concept development through to final execution and performance optimization.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in agency account management.
- Proven experience working with clients in the insurance or financial services sectors.
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning, presentation skills, and both written and verbal communication.
- Prior experience in a management or coaching role is considered a significant plus.
- The ability to build and deliver professional presentations in collaboration with team members.
