The role
We are seeking a Senior Account Relationship Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in our Madrid office. This is a hybrid role designed for a strategic leader who will drive growth through DAZN upgrades and external acquisitions. You will play a pivotal part in embedding a personalized approach to how we manage and reward our customers, working closely with our marketing and gaming departments to maximize profitability across all segments.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for high-value customer retention that align with our broader company objectives.
- Analyze player data to identify key trends and preferences, allowing you to design and implement highly targeted, personalized campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the account management team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering ongoing professional development.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should be an energetic and commercially aware professional with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar relationship management role within the Betting and Gaming industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities, ideally with experience operating within a multi-brand, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Deep knowledge of Sportsbook and Gaming products.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, as you will be collaborating with international stakeholders.
- The ability to think quickly and respond effectively to the needs of VIP customers in high-pressure situations.
