What is this role?

We are searching for a Mid-Level Account Manager to join our sales team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing our enterprise and B2B relationships, ensuring our clients receive immense value from our technology while helping us grow our revenue through renewals and expansion.

What will you do?

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of contracted accounts, focusing on maintaining high renewal rates and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Proactively manage relationships through regular touchpoints, ensuring you address client needs while identifying new opportunities for upsells.
  • Act as a dedicated internal advocate for your customers by collaborating closely with our Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure their feedback is heard and addressed.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least three years of experience in account management, customer success, or renewals, preferably within the SaaS or enterprise software space. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion goals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • High levels of organization to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for tracking account health, reporting, and managing contracts.
  • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
