What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join us on a full-time basis in a hybrid capacity at our Budapest office. You will be instrumental in managing the health of our customer relationships and driving business expansion within the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Driving profitable growth by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your territory.
  • Building and maintaining long-term, sustainable business relationships with our clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and pricing to successfully finalize deals while meeting our business objectives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a tenacious professional with at least 7 years of experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles. You should possess a deep understanding of territory and account mapping, along with a strong, existing network within the European pharma and life science research communities. Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential, as is the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including the VP level. You must be fluent in English and comfortable engaging with the scientific community at international events and conferences. A background in proven sales methodologies is highly valued.
