We are currently looking for a driven Account Manager to join our sales team in Groningen, where you will enjoy a high level of autonomy and responsibility while contributing to our shared success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture your existing client portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary link between our customers and our internal logistics and support teams.
- Identify market potential and develop actionable plans to capitalize on new growth areas.
- Analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions and lead independent negotiations.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and field sales manager to execute effective sales strategies.
Must-haves
- Professional HBO level of working and thinking.
- Strong proficiency in Dutch.
- A proven sales drive with a focus on achieving both individual and team targets.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, networking-oriented mindset.
- A grounded, confident personality capable of making a lasting impact.
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically.
- Residency in the Groningen region.
Nice-to-haves
- A completed degree in Hospitality (Hotelschool) or Commercial Economics.
- Prior experience in a similar sales role.
