Account Manager at DEPT®

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Experience and Engineering team. We specialize in blending technical innovation with beautiful design to create digital experiences for notable clients like Gant, Inter Milan, bol.com, and Just Eat Takeaway.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships by deeply understanding their business objectives and project needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear communication between our internal teams and key decision makers.
• Prioritize and manage client expectations throughout the lifecycle of digital projects.
• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Proactively resolve issues with transparency to maintain long-term trust.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders.

Must-haves

• At least 4 years of experience in a digital agency setting with a proven track record in account management.
• A solid grasp of the digital industry and the full product delivery process.
• Knowledge of how strategy, design, technology, and data integrate to create impactful digital products.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to connect with professionals at all levels.
• A clear understanding of the commercial dynamics within a digital agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Direct availability to work in the Netherlands.
