LogRocket is on a mission to make every web experience perfect by providing product managers and developers with deep visibility into user sessions. Since 2016, we have helped over 2,800 customers, including industry leaders like Capital One and Cisco, by offering pixel-perfect replays and clear insights into application performance. We are backed by $55M in funding from top investors and are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint across the web and mobile applications of our existing customer base.
  • Proactively manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Consult with clients to understand their unique business goals, identifying new use cases and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategies that maximize the value our partners receive from the LogRocket platform.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and uncover opportunities for product expansion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure client retention and growth.
  • Maintain accurate deal status and forecasting within our CRM.

Must-haves

  • At least 4 years of experience in a Sales Account Management role focused on revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Proven background working in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A track record of generating pipeline, selling to senior leadership, and consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to differentiate our product in a competitive market.
  • Experience managing complex proof of concept processes.
  • Proficiency in English with a consultative communication style.
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical knowledge regarding backend and frontend infrastructure, including HTML, CSS, and general programming languages.
