We are currently looking for a motivated Account Manager based in the EMEA region to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional value to our clients.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage a dedicated book of business, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and help customers maximize the value they receive from our hosting solutions.
- You will proactively identify revenue growth opportunities by executing a process-driven strategy for upselling and cross-selling within your existing accounts.
- You will monitor the health of your accounts to pinpoint at-risk clients, improve retention rates, and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding your assigned revenue targets.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and contract renegotiation.
- A tech-savvy mindset and a genuine interest in the technology industry.
- Near-native proficiency in English, paired with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms to maintain accurate client and deal data.
It is considered a bonus if you have prior knowledge of the hosting industry.
