About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing an existing portfolio of clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities and developing tailored solutions that leverage our expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem. You will work closely with our internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while hitting your specific revenue and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned client portfolio while driving growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships by providing proactive support, understanding unique business needs, and delivering high-value solutions.
- Manage your sales performance through structured account planning, accurate forecasting, and consistent updates to our CRM system.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in account management or sales, specifically within the IT services or consulting sectors. We value candidates who are structured, goal-oriented, and capable of translating client needs into concrete business outcomes. You should be comfortable coordinating effectively with various internal stakeholders in an international environment. While prior experience with Atlassian products is a plus, it is not a requirement. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is essential.

This is a remote position based in Germany.
