Role at a glance
We are seeking a mid-level Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to our business, acting as the primary point of contact for our high-profile clients and ensuring they receive a world-class experience as we continue to grow.
Your impact
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 valued clients while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase brand loyalty.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for your clients by collaborating cross-functionally to resolve escalations and streamline their journey.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to track performance KPIs and educate customers on new product features to maximize their value.
What you'll need
- 3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management with a proven track record of sustaining high-value partnerships.
- 2 to 3 years of experience consistently meeting productivity targets.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM database management and a comfort level working with data to understand customer trends.
- A self-motivated, tenacious personality with the ability to build functions from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to navigate complex, shifting priorities with a solutions-oriented attitude.
