We are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Manager to join our team and support the effective use of Cerenovus systems and catheter equipment. In this role, you will provide expert clinical and technical guidance to physicians and their staff during medical procedures. You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives across Belgium, covering both Flanders and Wallony. This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, though you will travel regularly to engage with key customers and support clinical cases within hospital settings.
Key outcomes
- Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and maintaining contact with key opinion leaders.
- Ensure product availability in hospitals and manage consignment stock effectively.
- Educate customers on neurovascular products through technical training, product demonstrations, and in-service sessions.
- Analyze market data to refine territory plans and support broader commercial success.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to build professional networks.
- Lead the tender process by influencing specifications and collaborating with our internal departments to ensure successful submissions.
Requirements
- A university degree in natural or engineering sciences, such as pharmacy, chemistry, or medicine, or equivalent professional experience.
- A proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and the development of effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide physicians through complex procedures.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in using data analysis tools to drive project implementation.
- The ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous professional experience working within a hospital environment.
- A background in the field of neurointerventional radiology.
