About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to join our team in Mexico. In this role, you will be the primary partner for our merchants, focusing on building strong relationships and facilitating their long-term growth. You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success for LATAM and serve as a dedicated advocate for your clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying new opportunities to optimize their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with both internal teams and merchant partners to drive mutual growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert in payments, focusing on account optimization and identifying ongoing opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Manage multiple internal and external priorities simultaneously, ensuring that you deliver high-quality results even when facing tight deadlines.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who thrives in challenging environments and possesses a strong sense of commercial acumen. We value team members who can simplify complex problems and guide our merchants through important decisions with clarity. Your background should include the following:
- Proven experience in account management and sales.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable stories.
- Exceptional planning and prioritization skills to handle moving deadlines.
- A passionate, driven, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Location
This position is based on-site at our office in Mexico.
