We are Macellan Superapp, a rapidly expanding ecosystem that connects diverse industries through powerful partnerships. We are looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team in Turkey and help us scale our impact as we continue to grow.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a mid-level professional. You will be based in Turkey, where you will play a key role in bridging the gap between our innovative platform and our business partners.
Your impact
- You will identify industry needs to connect the right partners with the Macellan Superapp ecosystem.
- You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from acquiring new clients to overseeing the successful launch of their services on our platform.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, providing training on our tools, and consistently driving user satisfaction and engagement.
What you'll need
- A university degree and a strong interest in the fintech sector.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the IT or finance industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with our partners.
- Strong project management and planning abilities to keep complex processes on track.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in both English and Turkish.
- A valid Class B driver's license and a willingness to be active in the field.
