At SkyGeo, we provide engineers at organizations of every size with the tools to analyze millimeter-scale deformation patterns, helping them identify geotechnical risks with greater efficiency. We are currently searching for a Full Time Account Manager to join our sales department. Our team of 40 professionals, including a dedicated sales group of eight, is growing rapidly. We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to make a significant impact, take initiative, and help us expand our business reach from our office in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Manage the customer lifecycle by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth onboarding, and building strong long-term relationships after a deal is finalized.
- Support our business development efforts by maintaining our CRM database, drafting sales orders, and assisting with the closing process.
- Identify new market opportunities through research and follow up on leads to help the team reach its core objectives.
Requirements
- You possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
- You have a strong background in technical customer service, project management, and CRM software.
- You are a clear and concise communicator in English who excels at listening to client needs.
- You are a collaborative team player who is available to work 36 to 40 hours per week.
