About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This role is central to our business growth, as you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving strategic initiatives that align with our long-term goals. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing collaboration with our internal teams and our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by defining customer profiles and conducting thorough TAM and SAM analysis.
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies for targeted accounts while accurately forecasting revenue and design wins.
- Build deep customer intimacy by using consultative selling techniques to provide unique insights and drive system design activity.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A BSEE degree or an equivalent qualification, along with at least five years of experience in account management.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to hypothesize client needs and solve complex challenges.
- Business-level proficiency in English and native-level fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with our client base.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal influence, allowing you to identify key stakeholders and build consensus within client organizations.
- A high level of ownership and a self-directed approach to managing workflows and achieving growth objectives.
- Willingness to travel as needed, which may include international trips.
