The role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid position based in the United States, designed for a seasoned professional who excels at cultivating long-term client success. You will act as the primary bridge between our organization and our clients, ensuring that our healthcare solutions are delivered with precision and care.
Core responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients by managing relationships, understanding their unique challenges, and ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Drive business growth by developing strategies to expand existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate across internal departments, including recruiting and operations, to ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience from start to finish.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in sales and relationship management. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management, with a preference for those who have worked within the healthcare industry.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical proficiency, specifically with CRM tools like Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, paired with a customer-focused mindset.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
