We are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position to join our team and help us continue our growth.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring our solutions align perfectly with their specific business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio, proactively managing inquiries and resolving any issues to provide a seamless client experience.
- Analyze client data to provide strategic insights that help partners optimize their use of our products while identifying new opportunities for account growth and retention.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and a high level of comfort managing data and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build long-term, trusted partnerships.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to solve complex problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records of client interactions.
What we offer
