Account Manager at Ogilvy MENA

What you'll be doing

• You will oversee the end-to-end management of client accounts, which includes developing strategic plans, executing campaigns, and providing detailed reporting.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and media departments, to ensure the delivery of exceptional advertising work.
• You will proactively identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in client service and a deep understanding of the advertising industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in account management or client service, ideally within an agency setting.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English, as being an Arabic speaker is essential for this position.
• A proven track record of managing successful, multi-channel advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
