What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our Minneapolis office. This role is central to our growth at Target, where you will use your strategic thinking and leadership skills to secure shelf space and build lasting partnerships. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving our financial performance by maximizing P&L delivery and unlocking margins to fuel further innovation.
  • Executing with excellence by ensuring our brands have the best possible visibility, availability, and marketing activation both in-store and online.
  • Managing key account relationships to ensure long-term alignment and the achievement of our shared strategic and financial goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess at least three years of professional experience in account management or consumer sales. We value candidates who demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to solve complex problems. You must be an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders across various teams and hold them accountable for business objectives. Fluency in English is required, and you must hold a valid work permit for the United States. While not required, experience working with Target or within the toy industry is considered a plus.
