Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Otodom. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of remote work. You will be a key player in executing our business strategy, working closely with our most important partners to maintain our market leadership and drive innovation in the real estate sector.
Your impact
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify fresh business opportunities and growth areas for our platform.
- Consult regularly with partners to optimize their experience and success on Otodom and OLX.
- Collaborate across departments to develop, test, and implement new features and services that change how people interact with real estate.
What you'll need
To thrive in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on experience. We are looking for someone who possesses:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the real estate or digital real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in both Polish and English.
- A deep understanding of the Polish real estate market and current technological trends.
- Expertise in data analysis and strategic thinking, paired with a proven ability to manage high-level client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a professional demeanor.
