Account Manager at Infoplus Technologies

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Our company specializes in connecting top-tier IT talent with organizations across the UK and EU, and we pride ourselves on being a trusted partner for our clients' technical staffing needs. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing selections, and guiding placements from start to finish.
• Collaborate with our internal recruitment team by providing training on emerging technologies and assisting with the screening and scheduling process to ensure we meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, ideally within the IT sector.
• A solid grasp of current IT roles and technologies, combined with the ability to navigate the competitive recruitment market.
• Strong proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflows.
• Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and time management, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proven history of managing client accounts successfully and consistently hitting recruitment targets.
• Fluency in English to effectively interact with our international partners.
