Avive Solutions is a growth-stage company dedicated to saving lives by transforming how we respond to Sudden Cardiac Arrest. We have developed a unique, connected AED system that combines advanced hardware with a specialized software platform to improve survival rates, and we are looking for a Senior Account Manager to help us expand our impact.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
- Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting tactics to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle for both inbound and outbound leads.
- Develop and implement creative outreach strategies tailored to potential customers.
- Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and sales activities within our CRM.
- Nurture client relationships and effectively overcome objections to secure deals.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional sales experience, specifically in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and pipeline management.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a full-cycle sales role.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with prospects.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to take full ownership of your business territory.
- A deep passion for our mission to improve cardiac arrest survival rates.
- Residency in Alabama or Mississippi.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in inside sales specifically targeting the Public Safety or Education sectors.
Benefits
The anticipated starting base salary is $80,000, with an anticipated on-target earnings (OTE) of $150,000.
