About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Account Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base within Hungary. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from managing warm leads to conducting high-level presentations and closing deals. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a B2B SaaS environment and wants to make a tangible impact on our regional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales processes, including pitching our platform to C-level executives through both on-site and online meetings.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline using our CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting while identifying new high-potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to focus on client retention, handle escalations, and manage renewals to maximize long-term satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A proven background in B2B sales with experience interacting with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise in negotiation, presentation, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales management.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • A valid class B driving license and a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Prior experience or a strong interest in the construction, real estate, or IT sectors.

Location

This position is based in Hungary and operates under a hybrid work model.
