What you bring

As a mid-level Account Manager working in a full-time, remote capacity, you will serve as a vital partner to our clients using the SwagUp platform. Your primary goal is to retain and grow revenue by acting as a trusted consultant who understands the unique needs of startups and corporations. You will utilize your expertise in sales strategy, relationship building, and Salesforce to drive success from anywhere in the world. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Fostering deep, long-term relationships with clients that extend well beyond simple transactions.
  • Identifying and capturing new budget opportunities by uncovering customer pain points through insightful, consultative questioning.
  • Navigating complex enterprise accounts to expand our footprint and ensure 100% customer retention.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly driven professional who excels in competitive environments and possesses a natural curiosity for business. You should have a proven track record of success in B2B account management, ideally with experience in branded merchandise or physical products. Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, as is a commitment to data integrity and a proactive, resourceful approach to building your pipeline. Excellent communication skills in English are required to effectively present our value to decision-makers. We value candidates who are humble, resilient in the face of rejection, and eager to perform the hard work necessary to exceed their goals.

What we offer
