Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our SMB sales team in Germany. This is a full-time position offered in a hybrid capacity, with the option to be based out of our offices in either Berlin or Karlsruhe.
Your impact
- You will take full ownership of a strategic account portfolio, focusing on both the development of existing relationships and the acquisition of new business.
- You will be responsible for securing and expanding monthly recurring revenue, managing a pipeline that ranges from €1,500 to €10,000 per customer.
- You will act as a consultant for your clients by designing tailored cloud solutions, managing technical risks to reduce churn, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What you'll need
- Several years of proven experience selling cloud, IaaS, or IT solutions to business customers.
- A deep understanding of the cloud market landscape and a track record of driving growth in both customer development and new business acquisition.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and BI tools, along with a strong grasp of key sales metrics like conversion rates and retention.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with professional fluency in both German and English.
