The role

We are looking for a mid-level Account Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is vital to our growth, as you will be responsible for managing and expanding our partnerships within the mid-market segment. While this role is remote, we are looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with the collaborative nature of our sales organization.

Core responsibilities

• Drive account growth: You will actively expand our partnerships with property management companies to increase our supply.
• Ensure client success: By identifying pain points and collaborating with our product and data teams, you will maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Leverage data insights: You will own the creation of performance review materials, using data to tell a compelling story that helps our partners understand their market and grow their business.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of analytical prowess and strong interpersonal skills. We value candidates who are:

• Experienced in client-facing roles such as sales, account management, or consulting.
• Proficient in data analytics and capable of using metrics to drive decision-making.

• Self-starters with a proven track record of meeting quotas and managing customer retention.
• Fluent in English.

Compensation and benefits
