As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Senior Account Manager to join our Large Accounts team. In this role, you will manage a strategic portfolio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, focusing on cloud transformation, customer development, and the acquisition of new enterprise clients.

Key outcomes

  • Take full responsibility for the development and management of a defined portfolio of approximately 68 large accounts.
  • Maintain and grow existing revenue streams, specifically managing monthly recurring revenue between 10,000 € and 45,000 € per client.
  • Proactively acquire new large-scale enterprise clients with annual revenues exceeding 100 million €.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, including accurate forecasting and comprehensive deal management.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings to design and implement tailored cloud solutions.
  • Identify technical risks early to prevent churn and ensure long-term client retention.
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction through consistent feedback loops and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in selling cloud, IaaS, or IT solutions within an enterprise environment.
  • A deep understanding of the DACH market, ideally with specific industry knowledge in sectors such as energy, public services, or manufacturing.
  • A proven track record in driving customer development, acquiring new business, and increasing recurring revenue.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and managing key performance indicators like conversion rates, pipeline performance, and retention metrics.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
