The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our expansion efforts in Hungary and Romania. This is a high-impact role within our fast-growing B2B SaaS organization where you will take full ownership of the sales process. You will work with warm leads to identify new opportunities, manage renewals, and drive revenue growth. By acting as a strategic partner to our clients, you will help them understand the value of our platform while refining your own approach to negotiation and relationship management. This position is perfect for a driven professional who thrives in a scale-up environment and wants to play a key role in our regional success.
A day in the life
- You will conduct strategic pitches and professional presentations for C-Level executives, both in person and through digital channels, to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
- You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach and customized pitching to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer retention.
- You will maintain accurate records within our CRM tools to support precise forecasting and collaborate closely with our Customer Success team to minimize churn.
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS environments. You possess a deep understanding of the sales process and have a proven ability to build lasting relationships with high-level stakeholders. Ideally, you have experience or a strong interest in the construction or real estate sectors. You are comfortable using CRM tools to drive your daily activities and are highly skilled at negotiation and presentation. Because this role covers multiple regions, you must be fluent in Hungarian, Romanian, and English. You should also be comfortable with travel and hold a valid class B driving license.
